Deliveries to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands will be made within 15 working days. For deliveries in other countries and the Canary Islands, a delivery time of 15 to 20 business days (Europe) and 20 to 30 days for other countries is estimated.

The delivery time is approximate and We are not responsible for your delay. In the case of exceeding the indicated delivery period, you must contact sinnerswimwear@gmail.com

4. SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping costs are completely free regardless of the country or city of shipment.

5. ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If after ordering an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the corresponding part of your order, and a notification will be sent to the email provided. p>

6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In case of receiving a defective product you must contact us immediately through our form or via email sinnerswimwear@gmail.com . You must provide the details of the product and the damage it suffers, as well as attach photos of the incident.

When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email if the return or replacement is appropriate. The return can be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

7. RETURN POLICY

For hygiene reasons, swimsuits and bikinis cannot be returned, except for being defective products.

They will only be accepted returns if the item has any type of defect or defect. In no case will it be accepted due to size or color error, therefore we recommend reading the Size Guide carefully before buying.

In the case of a return, the costs or shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer. That is, the corresponding part of the order will be refunded excluding the shipping costs of the return.

We refund the money of the price of the item but not of shipping costs.

Cash on delivery are not accepted.
