DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
SINNER ships worldwide. The standard cost of shipping is free for everyone.
In some cases, delivery may occur depending on the country of destination. SINNER and the carrier have no control over how long customs will hold a package. SINNER is not responsible for customs duties, import duties, taxes or any other applicable charges.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of swimsuits or bikinis. In no case will changes or returns be accepted due to size or color error, therefore we recommend reading the Size Guide before buying.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns of promotional or sale items.
- Returns or exchanges must be sent in the same state that they are received. If we receive the items in poor condition, no refund will be made. We will not accept returns of stained or scented items.
- Shipping costs or expenses incurred will be paid by the customer. In other words, the corresponding part of the order will be refunded, excluding the return shipping costs.

If you want to make a return or exchange of the product you should contact email@example.com with anteriority. Both the details of the address where to send the product, as well as the details of the refund will be provided.

When we receive the returned product, the quality control will pass and we will notify you by email if the return or replacement of the same is appropriate. The return can be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
If an item is out of stock once the order is placed, we will cancel and refund the corresponding part of your order, and a notification will be sent to the email provided. It may take 3-4 business days for the refund to appear in the bank account.
